A MESSAGE FROM SFLIC PRESIDENT AND CEO, COURTNEY C. CROUCH, JR.
We at SFLIC recognize that the COVID-19 pandemic is an unprecedented event, and we take this situation very seriously. We have been monitoring this coronavirus emergency from the beginning of the national and state announcements, and as it has been evolving. SFLIC continues to take a series of precautionary measures to prevent the spread of the virus and maintain our services to our customers and clientele … the funeral profession, our policyowners, and the agents who serve your customers.
SFLIC’s corporate Home Office continues our normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. — 4:30 p.m. Central Time. We are sensitive to the needs of the funeral profession and policyowners. In order to maintain our essential business functions and promote the health and safety of our employees, we have implemented adjustments to our work methods. We have temporarily halted public access to the SFLIC offices and instituted other recommended health measures within our home office employee group and facilities, including wearing of masks, “distancing” for work on-site, effecting remote work schedules, sanitizing of our facilities, and others. To communicate with our Home Office by phone or email, click here for our Contact information. Our State Sales Development Directors are also available to funeral homes and agents by phone or email. To access the Sales Directors’ cell numbers and email addresses, please visit our sales directors page. Links to other helpful resources are included below.
SFLIC is proud to serve the funeral profession, and we respect the responsibilities and challenges you face as you care for families in your communities. We are proud of SFLIC staff members who have volunteered to sew masks for our team and who are dedicated to adapt to the current environment as we work together to get the job done for our clientele. We intend to provide updates as the COVID-19 situation evolves creating any impact on our services. We look forward to normalcy for the many businesses, professions, and people affected by this time of emergency.
We deeply appreciate the SFLIC-affiliated funeral homes and agents, and our policyowners, and remain committed to serving you.
Sincerely,
Courtney C. Crouch, Jr., FLMI, CPC
CEO and President
