We are pleased to announce that Angelica M. Johnson has been named Vice President. Her promotion from Assistant Vice President to Vice President was approved by the SFLIC Board of Directors at their regular meeting on October 5, 2022.
Ms. Johnson, a resident of Hot Springs, Arkansas, joined SFLIC in 2014 in the Agency Administration Division. In 2015, she was named Director of the Division. As Director, she oversees agent licensing, various support functions for the SFLIC Sales Division, and a range of services for affiliated funeral homes and agents. In her position, Johnson also oversees the Mail Services department that includes the direct response mail operations benefitting affiliated funeral homes throughout the states in which SFLIC conducts business.
Johnson received her undergraduate degree in Finance and Psychology from Henderson State University (HSU), Arkadelphia, Arkansas, and in 2006 earned a master’s degree in Business Administration from HSU. Johnson holds the Certified Preplanning Consultant (CPC) designation obtained through the certification program provided by the National Funeral Directors Association.
