Powell Funeral Home receives awards at recent meeting!
SFLIC recently announced Powell Funeral Homes of Bald Knob, Searcy, and Augusta, Arkansas, as recipient of the SFLIC Development Award 2022. The award recognizes a funeral home in the SFLIC affiliation for continuous growth within the funeral home and dedication to improving the industry overall. The funeral home was also presented a Silver Level Award for sales in 2022 in the Funeral Home Division. The awards were announced during SFLIC’s Annual Stockholder Meeting held in May 2023 in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
Powell Funeral Home originated in Bald Knob and later expanded to Searcy and Augusta. It has a long-time history with SFLIC as one of the early affiliated funeral homes in the SFLIC organization.
